No Adult Content
No Proxies
No Free Hosting or 'Post 2 Host'
No IP Spoofers
No Port Scanners
No Rapidleech
No IRC or IRC Egg Drop Bots
No Websites Specifically for Downloads
No Websites Specifically for Image Hosting
No Warez/Nulled Linking, Content or Scripts
No Server Exploit Scripts
No PHPizabi Scripts
No YaBB Forums
No Video & Game Hosting or Streaming
No Bulk/Soliciting Emails (50 email limit per account, per hour)
Scripts
All Scripts, must be updated to the latest released versions as soon as possible. Any insecure, possible threats and/or bugged scripts will be removed from the servers without notice.
Limitations
Memory usage may not exceed 20% per Domain.
CPU usage may not exceed 20% per Domain.
Apache connections may not exceed 25
MySQL user connections may not exceed 50.
The following types of websites are not permitted:
Incites Violence/Contains Harrasing Content
Unfair of Deceptive under the consumer protection laws (Including but not limited to: Pyramid Schemes, Chain Letters, etc.)
Violates a person's privacy
Creats risk to the safety/health of a person
Intended to assist others in defeating technical copyright information
Infringes a trademark, patent or other property right
Promotes illegal activites (Including but not limited to: Drugs, Illegal Gambling, Illgal arms trafficing)
Malicious/Fradulent Activities
Viloation of any of these rules may result in a fee of $50.00 and possibly suspension/termination of your services.
