Although We performs daily backups of our servers, it should not be relied upon as a failsafe mechanism. Customers are urged to keep their own off-line backups of their uploaded files and websites. In the unlikely event that customers have not completed their own backups, requests to perform a restore will incur a fee, whether successful or not. We STRONGLY recommend that you perform your own regular backups.
